RULES & REGULATIONS

Campus Rules & Guidelines

A shared understanding between students, parents, and the school — read through each section below to know what's expected, and what to expect from us in return.

Attendance & Conduct

Students should bring the school diary regularly to the school.
Once a student has entered the school campus, they should not go outside without permission.
Students are responsible for their conduct both inside and outside the school and can be held accountable for it. If occasion arises, only the parent/guardian will be allowed to speak for the child.
Leave will not be sanctioned without prior permission. In case of unavoidable circumstances, a leave letter should be produced at the time of return. Irregular attendance is a sure cause of failure and under-achievement in studies.
Absence is no reason for failure to do homework and study that day's lesson.
Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, negligence of homework, or disobedience — inside or outside the school premises — will be treated seriously.
Students are not allowed to see their parents or visitors during school hours.
It is compulsory for students to take part in yoga, physical activities, and games. All students must participate in all activities conducted by the school.
Speaking English is compulsory on campus.

Belongings & Prohibited Items

Students are forbidden from bringing anything other than their textbooks and notebooks of study to school.
Students should not bring valuable articles to school and are not allowed to wear gold ornaments. Only students are responsible for the safety of their belongings, such as books, fountain pens, and cycles.
Mobile phones and any electronic gadgets are strictly forbidden on campus. If found, the item will be confiscated and the student will not be allowed in class without first bringing their parents. A second occurrence will result in dismissal from the school.
Any student found to have taken another student's belongings will face immediate suspension.
Reliable information that a student has used drugs, smoked, or taken intoxicating substances (including Pan Parag or any type of Supari) can lead to parents being summoned immediately and the student being dismissed from school.

Campus Care & Property

It is the duty of all students to keep their classrooms and the school compound clean and in order. All waste paper and other such waste should be put in the dustbin.
Before leaving the classroom at the end of the day, students should arrange desks and chairs in order, switch off the lights, close the windows, and dispose of waste materials in the dustbin.
It is the duty of each student to keep the surroundings of the water filter clean and healthy.
It is forbidden to write on walls or desks, throw paper or ink, or in any way damage school property — including buildings, furniture, library books, and sports items.

Uniform & Grooming

A neatly ironed and clean uniform must be worn by students, and shoes should be polished regularly on all working days.
Proper haircut should be maintained, and nails should be regularly trimmed and clean.

Academic Integrity & Promotion

During examinations, copying or indulging in any malpractice will lead to the student being debarred from further examinations; parents will be summoned and the student will be asked to discontinue from the school.
Promotion to the next higher class will depend on the student's performance in Term I, Term II, the Annual Examination, and total attendance.

For Parents & Guardians

Co-operate with the functioning of school activities regarding regularity, punctuality, and discipline of your ward. School hours: 9:10 AM – 4:00 PM.
Intimate any change of address or mobile number to the school office without delay, to help us maintain an updated record for communication.
Co-operate while corrective measures are taken for minor breaches or grave acts of indiscipline. A student may be liable for expulsion for grave acts of indiscipline, and the management's decision will be final.
Demand the achievement record from the student after each examination and return it to the class teacher, duly signed, within three working days of the performance profile being issued.
In case of emergency, contact the school office at 0423-2442064. Please avoid calling your ward during class and study hours.
If the student is absent for one or more days, submit a leave letter signed by the parent on the day they report back to the class teacher.
Obtain prior permission from the Principal to meet or take children out during class hours. You may meet the Principal between 10:00–10:30 AM and 3:30–4:00 PM, and teachers from 4:00–5:00 PM.
Obtain prior permission from the Principal to meet the Correspondent. Parents can meet the Correspondent only after fixing an appointment.
Do not allow students to possess valuables such as gold ornaments or electronic items while at school.
Give three months' written notice when withdrawing a pupil, or one term's fee in lieu of notice.
Make payment for any breakage or damage done to the school or school property.
Make fee payments regularly.
Abide by the decisions taken by the school management regarding your ward's results.

Fee Payment Schedule

1st Installment

On or before the day specified for issue of books (along with stationery, uniform & special fee)

2nd Installment

On or before 5th September

3rd Installment

On or before 5th January

Repeated defaulters on fee payment will be dismissed from school.
